Check what is included

Before paying, review your written itinerary and confirm passenger names, dates, airport, airline, baggage, hotels, official ratings, room occupancy, meal plan, transfers, visa arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, total price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any applicable financial-protection information.

Supplier conditions

Airlines, hotels, visa authorities and other providers may apply their own conditions and operational rules. Ask for clarification if a term or arrangement is unclear.

Protection and credentials

Ask which company is your contracting party and what financial protection applies to your particular booking. Check the documentation and verify any licence or protection claim with the relevant official body before payment.
